Draining, energising or relaxing effect: it depends on the way you use it.
How to use:
- draining effect: brush with gentle and slow strokes in order to stimulate lymphatic
- refreshing and energising effect: brush with gentle and quick strokes in order to
- decontracturing effect: brush with deep and slow strokes to relax the muscles and benefit the joints
LEG: brush starting from the right foot then go upwards to the groin area, repeat with the left leg
ABDOMEN: brush with clockwise circular strokes, from top to bottom
ARMS: brush from the right hand to the shoulder, repeat with the left arm
BACK: brush from the spine outwards
